PURPOSE: To provide a precast concrete covered beam having beam width and strength equivalent to those of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam. ;CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete covered beam 1 is formed so as to have the same shape and the same cross sectional area as a cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam G having a prescribed strength, and a beam main body 4 in a precast form 3 is reinforced and strengthened so as to have a strength equivalent to that of the beam G.
