PURPOSE: To control the operation of a basket gypsum dehydrator so that the dehydrator is operated while the rotating basket is filled with gypsum and then stably and efficiently operated. ;CONSTITUTION: The concn. of a gypsum slurry 4 is detected, and the time until the basket 7 rotating in the dehydrator 6 is filled with the slurry is predetermined in accordance with the concn.
