MEGA STRUCTURE VIBRATION CONTROL MECHANISM FOR ADAPTIVE TYPE GROWTH STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE: To exhibit excellent damping performance after a shape is changed by moving an action point of damping force by a vibration energy absorbing mechanism to a necessay position when the shape of a structure is changed. ;CONSTITUTION: In a condition where lift-up systems 11 are joined to a mega structure 1, a construction system 7 is joined to the lift-up systems 11, and in a consition of being separated from multistage layer rubbers 10, the lift-up systems 11 are operated. Thereby, the multistage layer rubbers 10 are carried/ loaded on the new top of the mega structure 1 increased above by using a jackedup construction system 7, and these are put in a condition of being joined to the construction system 7 and the mega structure 1. Thereby, when a shape of the mega structure 1 is changed, an action point of damping force by a vibration energy absorbing mechanism can be moved to the top part of the increased mega structure on which vibration energy is concentrated easily.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
