PURPOSE: To provide a cadiac pacemaker signal processing circuit constituted so that induced ECG signals can be obtained. ;CONSTITUTION: By applying electric pacing stimulation which contracts ventricles electric signals of ring and chip electrodes 16 and 18 are sensed in a unipolar mode from the dipolar lead wire 14 and added together with induced ECG signals offsetting residual polarization of the opposite polarity, induced high-quality ECG signals are obtained and a QRS group is sensed by R-wave detection circuit. The compensatory signal processing circuit which give time region signal weighting function and amplitude regulating compensation are included, the absolute value of the amplitude of the residual polarization potential of the opposite polarity is made equal and added, and zeroed by offsetting to an appropriate time within the time region. Without requiring in two-phase or three-phase pacing pulse techniques the amplitude of pacing pulse is reduced and the life expectancy of the battery of a pacemaker is extended. By simply discontinuing a re-charging cycle of post pacing and performing a passive charging, an electric current discharge of a battery is reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
