At this time, an actin filament which is formed of the (n) number of actin moleculars can be fixed by synthesizing amino acid radical of nebulin by the length of (n) times of 35 residues by means of gene manipulation or the like. When the actin molecular is polymerized to become a filament, it can have an ability to move specifically in the pointed end 16 direction of the filament.
