PURPOSE: To make it possible to continue a stable water drainage pump operation without removing refuse frequently even at flood time when there are a large amount of refuse and make effective utilization of limited number of pumps by making a refuse shut-out screen device a portable type and setting the pump simply in necessary places. ;CONSTITUTION: This portable refuse shut-out screen device is equipped with a cubic construction body 1 in which a pump P is arranged, a screen 2 which is arranged on a suction opening 3 on the cubic construction body 1, a front step sheathing board 4 which is arranged ahead of the suction opening 3 on the cubic construction body 1, and a rear step sheathing board 5 which is arranged behind the front step sheathing board 4. Water flows and is drained as shown by an arrow mark X by the drainage operation and floating refuse D is checked by the front step sheathing board 4 while the subsided refuse subsides in the front of the screen 2 as shown by an arrow mark Y.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
