METHOD FOR CULTURING MUSHROOM AND NUTRITIVE AGENT FOR MUSHROOM

PURPOSE:To provide the nutrient used for the culture of mushrooms and permitting to culture good mushrooms in a good yield by adding small amount of the nutrient to a conventional culture base for culturing mushrooms in containers, and to provide the method for culturing mushrooms with the nutrient. CONSTITUTION:The method for culturing mushrooms by using, as a nutrient base, a mixture obtained by adjusting the water content of the mixture of a powdery or particulate herbaceous or woody raw material such as saw dust with a nutrient raw material such as rice bran, is characterized by adding the powder of a red alga or the powder of the mixture of the red alga with a brown alga as a nutrient to the above-mentioned mixture.
