PURPOSE: To obtain the subject product having high efficiency and reduced in cost by fractionating a serum derived from a mammal with a porous polymer membrane and adding ingredients necessary for culture having larger molecular weight than the permeable ingredients to the permeable ingredients. ;CONSTITUTION: A serum derived from a mammal is fractionated into permeable ingredients and impermeable ingredients. Then, ingredients (preferably serum albumin, etc., in the impermeable ingredients) necessary for culture having larger molecular weight than the permeable ingredients are added to the permeable ingredients to provide the objective product. Furthermore, a fatty acid such as linolic acid is preferably added to the product in order to enhance action of the serum albumin.
