WELDING CURRENT CONTROLLER FOR INVERTER TYPE DC RESISTANCE WELDING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE: To extend the upper limit value of the pulse width of a primary current and improve the maximum value of a welding current capable of being energized by a welding transformer by shortening the rise time or the fall time of the primary current energized on primary winding of the welding transformer. ;CONSTITUTION: A diode D7 which prevents an induced current by inductive electromotive force induced to primary winding of the welding transformer when the primary current energy is reduced from flowing into a smoothing capacitor C1 and a capacitor C2 where electric charge of the induced current is given are arranged between a converter circuit 14 and an inverter circuit 16. Since the voltage impressed on the inverter circuit 16 is boosted by the charged capacitor C2, the rise time or the fall time of the primary current can be shortened and the upper limit value of the pulse width of the primary current can be extended.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
