PURPOSE: To obtain novel polymer compounds having a specific structure, containing amino groups which exhibit steric hindrance and being useful as stabilizers for organic materials such as polymers. ;CONSTITUTION: The intended compounds have the structure of formula I and formula II {P is a polymer or copolymer of 2-10C olefins having terminal double bonds, a polymer of 4-5C conjugated diolefins or the like; (n) is 1 to 20; (m) is 1 to 3; (y) is 2 to 2+(m-1); ZA' is formula III or formula IV which combines directrly to polymer chain, is located in the terminal position and is inserted into the polymer side chain or the like [R is H, 1-8C alkyl or the like; t is 0 or 1; Q is H(CH₂)_t; R₇ is H, benzil or the like; A' is polyalkylpiperidine]; Z₂A₁ is formula V, formula VI (A' is bivalent group having polyalkylpiperidine structure)}.
