ALTERNATELY REWINDABLE BELT TYPE FLAW REPAIRING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To improve a grinding effect and efficiency by forming a long scaled grinding belt in a cassette structure, so that both ends can be alternately rewound to transfer the long scaled grinding belt, in an alternately rewindable belt type flaw repairing device for a steel plate. ;CONSTITUTION: A long scaled grinding belt 4 is constituted such that both ends are fixed to winding wheels 3a, 3b rotatably supported to a cassette frame unit 1 to provide the belt linked through guide rollers 2a, 2b and rewound to the one winding wheel 3a or 3b and to the other winding wheel 3b or 3a. This rewinding can be executed alternately between the winding wheels 3a, 3b. The winding wheels 3a, 3b of this cassette 1 are fitted to shafts fixed to a common frame unit 5 of a belt type flaw repairing device, and a head 22 is moved to press the long scaled grinding belt 4 ground by a contact roll 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
