摘要

PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of separation of a dispersoid with a surface filtration type filter and a depth filtration type filter independently of electrokinetic potential. ;CONSTITUTION: The inner surfaces of the filtration pores in a surface filtration type filter such as a nonwoven fabric and those in a depth filtration type filter such as a fiber mat or a ceramic porous body are coated with a metal by chemical vapor deposition and ion implantation, respectively, to impart electric conductivity to the filters. When a fluid is filtered, proper voltage is impressed on the filters to superpose electrostatic capturing and electrostatic repulsion besides simple mechanical separation and the efficiency of separation is enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
