PURPOSE: To obtain purified chitinase, a kind of mold, followed by isolation of the gene, and then to produce mold chitinase using the gene. ;CONSTITUTION: Chitinase is purified from Rhizopus oligosporus, and its gene is isolated, and then., using the gene, chitinase is produced with yeast.
