HANDTYPE ELECTRIC DIRT SCRUBER USED IN BATHROOM, MANUFACTURE OF THE SAME AND ELECTRICALLY INSULATED INSIDE CIRCULATION OF EXTERNAL AIR IN SUCKING-DISCHARGING PASSAGE OF SEALED MOTOR

PURPOSE: To make it possible to use an electric dirt scrubbing machine within a bathroom by connecting it to a light wire by a method wherein the external surface of a motor is wrapped with electrically insulative substance, an electrically insulative extension shaft is jointed to a rotary shaft of the motor, a polishing brush is mounted on a tip end of the extension shaft and an air sucking pipe, an air discharging pipe and an electric code, all connected to a motor case, are led outside of the bathroom. ;CONSTITUTION: An external surface of a motor 27 is wrapped completely with an electrically insulative case 21, and an electrically insulative extension shaft 9 is jointed to a motor shaft 19. A tip end of the extension shaft 9 is inserted into brushes 3 and 3a having short furs 5 and long furs 5a respectively to support the brushes 3 and 3a rotatably. An air suction pipe 10, an air discharge pipe 11 and an electric code 22 are connected to the electrically insulative case 21 of the motor 27. In this instance, the other tip end of the code 22 is led outside of a room and connected to a light wire. External air is sucked through the air suction pipe 10 to cool the inside of the motor 27 and then discharged through the air discharge pipe 11. By this, even if the electric code 22 which is thus connected to the light wire is used in a bathroom, danger of electric shock can be prevented, whereby a safe cleaning of the bathroom by the electric dirt scrubbing machine can be realized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
