摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a process for the preparation of a composite material formed from a vulcanized elastomer in combination with a thermoplastic elastomer containing polyamide blocks. ;CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of a composite material from a vulcanized elastomer containing carboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid anhydride groups in combination with a thermoplastic elastomer containing polyamide blocks comprises a process for vulcanizing an elastomer composition comprising the vulcanizable elastomer, a crosslinking agent and an additive for molding to be added in accordance with the necessity that one part is occupied by the thermoplastic elastomer containing polyamide blocks at a vulcanization temperature in a range between -15°C and +5°C with respect to the Vicat point of the thermoplastic elastomer containing polyamide blocks. The composite material excellent particularly in tensile strength (cohesive failure) can be obtained, and the formed composite material is suitable for the application in sport articles.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
