PURPOSE: To produce the product which internally maintains an amorphous state and has a large thickness by kneading amorphous metallic particulates and a resin binder, injection molding the mixture, removing the resin binder by heating and sintering the particulates to each other at the glass transition point of the metallic particles or above. ;CONSTITUTION: A proper amt. of the resin binder 2 is added to the amorphous metallic particulates 1 (about 50 to 100μm grain sizes) at the temp. lower than the glass transition point of the metallic particulates 1 and the mixture is kneaded. The kneaded mixture is injection molded to form the molded material 3. This molded material is heated at a temp. below the glass transition point of the metallic particulates 1 to remove the resin binder; thereafter, the molded material is sintered in an atmosphere of a temp. above the glass transition point or above this point, by which the metallic particulates are held in the amorphous state and are sintered.
