PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR TAKE-OUT FOODSTUFF

PURPOSE: To obtain a packaging material capable of shutting off moisture and oil coming out of contents, moreover reducing an area of contacting with the contents, maintaining air permeability and preventing deterioration of the contents by disposing said packaging material on the inner faces of a container for take-out foodstuffs. ;CONSTITUTION: A plastic net is molded in such a manner that truncated cone- like protrusions 2U, 2L are alternately formed on both the front and rear sides of the plastic net in longitudinal and lateral directions on the basis of a net face before molding as reference, whereby the plastic net is formed into a packaging material 1 having recesses and protrusions as a whole. The packaging material 1 thus made is laid on a bottom of a carton for take-out foodstuffs and also disposed on the inside of wall faces of the carton. By this method, only the protrusions 2U on the upper face side of the packaging material 1 come in contact with contents in the carton, and moisture and oil coming out of the contents drop down to be separated from the contents. Further, air flows freely under the contents through meshes of the net, and wetting of the contents is thereby prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
