PURPOSE: To provide sport goods capable of selectively strengthening respective parts of forearm muscles with excellent safety and durability by swinging motion of the wrist utilizing the repulsion of a spring. ;CONSTITUTION: Respective one ends of two coiled springs 1L, LR wound in opposite direction to each other are secured fixedly to a rotary transmission shaft 2 and respective other ends are secured fixedly to outer tubed 7, 7' through bearing plates 5, 5'.
