摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a thin sheet for a magnetic card protecting case excellent in magnetic shielding properties and electromagnetic shielding properties. ;CONSTITUTION: This alloy thin sheet is a one contg., by weight, 10 to 50% Cu and 0.5 to 12% Cr, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and in which an Fe phase and a Cu phase are constituted into flat board-shaped layers in the section in the sheet thickness direction and grains having ≤1000Å diameter are precipitated into the Fe phase and Cu phase. The molten alloy is rapidly solidified at 100 to 50,000°C/sec cooling rate, and the thin sheet is cast. Then, softening, cold rolling and aging treatment are executed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
