PURPOSE: To easily build up a shaft for starting or ending a shield machine even though a construction is made underneath a road having a limited height. ;CONSTITUTION: A novel material (CFRP) 13 is inserted into holes in a plurality of novel material concrete members 1-1, 1-2,... which holes are adapted to introduce the novel material into a concrete body.
