PURPOSE: To improve work efficiency by inserting tie-plate FRP members into slit holes bored at the bottom part of an anchor cylinder made of steel, filling and hardening resin in the anchor cylinder, and jointing the protruding FRP members to tension members by bonding. ;CONSTITUTION: A bottomed cylindrical anchor cylinder 2 made of steel and provided with a screw 3 on the outer peripheral surface is provided with slit holes 4 bored at the bottom part, and two tie-plate FRP members 5 with the rough surface are inserted into these slit holes 4. An epoxy resin composition 6 is filled in the anchor cylinder 2 and hardened to be fixed, and the tie-plate FRP members 5 are protruded from the end of the bottom part to form joint ends 7. These joint ends 7 and the tendon part ends of three tie-plate FRP tension members 8 with the rough surface formed of FRP are alternately overlapped and bonded by epoxy resin adhesive 9.
