PURPOSE:To match the phases of two transmitted waves, and to obtain the maximum power from a power synthesis by detecting the phases of the two input transmitted waves of a hybrid power combiner which operates the power synthesis, and operating a phase lock loop. CONSTITUTION:The transmitted wave outputted from a circulator 7 is inputted to a coupler 14, one part of the transmitted wave is transmitted to a phase detector 15 as a monitor signal, and the residual transmitted wave is inputted to a hybrid power combiner 13. The transmitted wave of the other channel to be inputted to the combiner 13 is inputted to a coupler 16, one part of the transmitted wave is transmitted to the phase detector 15 as the monitor signal, and the residual transmitted signal is inputted to the combiner 13. In the phase lock loop in which a phase control loop is constituted of the phase detector 15, loop filter 17, voltage control type oscillator 18, driver amplifier 19, isolator 10, TWT 11, circulator 12, and coupler 16, the transmitted frequency of the TWT 11 follows the transmitted frequency of a TWT 6, so that the phases of the two transmitted waves can be matched by the input of the combiner 13, and the maximum power can be obtained by the power synthesis.
