PURPOSE: To obtain an appearance and properties close to real lacquer by forming one layer close to a base sheet of layers which are formed into the base sheet using a coated layer containing a specified quantity of fine particles with a specified average particle diameter of a polymer containing dihydroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl benzene, when the subject transfer material for wooden product is manufactured. ;CONSTITUTION: One layer close to the surface of a base sheet with mold lubrication properties, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate sheet, among the layers provided on said sheet, is formed using a coated layer containing 20 to 90w.% of fine particles with an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 5μm, of polymer which contains 70 to 100wt.% of dihydroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl. The dihdroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl benzene is, for example, selected from among alkenylcatechol, alkenoylcatechol, urushiol, lacquer and cashew lacquer.
