摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a composition containing a reactional product of a polyepoxy compound with acrylic acid, having excellent storage stability, giving a cured material having excellent adhesivity, chemical resistance, electrical insulation and hardness and suitable as a casting material and especially a solder resist ink. ;CONSTITUTION: This epoxy (meth)acrylate is produced by reacting a polyepoxy compound of the formula (R1 and R2 are H or 1-4C alkyl; (n) is 0-30; G is glycidyl) with (meth)acrylic acid. The product may be incorporated with a polymerization initiator and a photo-polymerization initiator. The amount of (meth)acrylic acid is 0.8-1.5 chemical equivalent based on 1 chemical equivalent of the group of the polyepoxy compound. The reaction is carried out by using a diluent such as N-vinylpyrrolidone and a catalyst such as triethylamine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
