In accordance with the formula I, Eaρ is found by the formula II. Furthermore, in accordance with the relational formula III between the two-dimensional distribution g (x) and three-dimensional distribution f (x) of the primarily recrystallized grain size, g (x) is transformed into f (x), and Eaρ/Es is represented only by f (x) and x shown as the formula IV.
