PURPOSE: To allow each terminal station to access required data at a substantially equal speed as that of data managed by its own terminal station by quickening data transmission speed between terminal stations. ;CONSTITUTION: A terminal station 102 uses a control line 152 to inquire about by which terminal station manages a program and/or data in a broadcast form. Furthermore, in general lots of terminal stations 101, 102 are in existence in the system. The terminal station 101, for example, managing the program and/or data informs it to the terminal station 102 through a main line 151. The terminal station 102 informs it to the terminal station 101 that the terminal station 102 receives the program and/or data through the main line 151 accordingly and receives the program and/or data at a high speed by using a sub line 153.
