The system has an identification unit to identify protocol messages, and a determination unit to determine a common context. A representation definition unit defines representation for stored and/or transmitted data using the common context and message. A protocol implementation unit implements a protocol in emitters and receivers using implementation instruction determined using the representation. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method for specifying and implementing of protocol for management of communication and transmission between transmitter and receiver (b) a communication device (c) a computer program product comprising program components stored on a medium for effectuating steps to specify and implement protocol for communication and transmission between transmitter and receiver.
