PURPOSE: To narrower the space to store water for flush toilets, shorten the time to treat raw sewage, and treat both urine and feces. ;CONSTITUTION: Raw sewage discharged out of a flush toilet and flushing water are mixed in a mixing chamber 11. A heat storage apparatus 12 is installed in a discharging route of a waste gas from an internal combustion engine. In a drying chamber 13, the discharged matter from the mixing chamber 11 is heated by the heat of the heat storage apparatus 12. A transporting apparatus 18 transports a scraping up part 16 and sucking inlet of an sucking apparatus 17 in the drying chamber 13. The scraping up part 16 scrapes up the sewage residue adhering to the inside of the drying chamber 13. The sucking apparatus 17 sucks the sewage residue in the drying chamber 13. A water storage chamber 14 recovers steam in the drying chamber 13. The recovered water is sent back to a flushing water tank 30 for flushing water by a pump 15 and thus circulated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
