PURPOSE: To make it possible to correspond to a tunnel of steep slope by providing traveling rubber tires to an electric traveling motor car, and providing guiding rubber tires to a guide rail in the tunnel. ;CONSTITUTION: An electric traveling motor car such as a tractor A, etc., is driven by operating a traveling motor 14 and by driving traveling rubber tires 11 and 11. When it is driven on the ground, a steering wheel 17 is operated, and travel-rubber tires 12 are steered to travel freely. When it is driven in the tunnel 1, a guide rail 3 is held by guiding rubber tires 13 and 13 and, at the same time, a steering mechanism 18 is locked by a steering lock mechanism to travel.
