FULL BOBBIN DISCHARGER IN BOBBIN CHANGER

摘要

PURPOSE: To surely discharge a peg tray to which a doffed empty bobbin is attached from the interior of a bobbin changer onto a conveyor extended to the lower part of a spinning machinery frame. ;CONSTITUTION: A motor 27 is fixed to the top surface of a supporting bracket 25 and a circular cam 28 is integrally rotatably fixed to a driving shaft (27a) thereof. The base ends of levers 33 and 34 are rotatably supported on supporting shafts 31 and 32 fixed in states thereof extending in the vertical directions to a supporting bracket 25. A pushing out plate 35 is rotatably connected through pins 36 and 37 to the tips of both the levers 33 and 34 and an engaging surface 38 is formed on the tip of the pushing out plate 35. The lever 34 is rotatably urged so as to bring a cam follower 39 installed on the top surface of the lever 34 into contact with a cam 28 with an extension spring 43. The pushing out plate 35 is reciprocated obliquely rearward relatively to the forward direction of a bobbin changer by the rotation of the cam 28.
