METHOD FOR BOBBIN EXCHANGE FOR BOBBIN CONVEYER, BOBBIN EXCHANGE DEVICE AND BOBBIN EXCHANGE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To mutually exchange bobbins hung on bobbin hangers differing in hang-setting pitch from one another between bobbin conveyers traveling on different rails. ;CONSTITUTION: Bobbins FB, EB to be exchanged with each other hung on respective bobbing conveyers advanced oppositely to each other on respective rails 3, 4 are arranged just above a peg 56 set up at a drawing position. After the bobbins FB, EB are drawn off by being engaged on the peg 56 with a table 44 elevated once, a motor 63 is driven and these bobbins are transferred from the drawing position to fitting position. During the operation, the respective bobbin conveyers are advanced, and the empty bobbin hangers after drawing the bobbins off are arranged just above the fitting positions for the exchange partner side. On elevating the table 44 once, the bobbins FB, EB are mutually exchanged. By repeating the above-cycles, two bobbins are exchanged at a time while the respective bobbin conveyers are intermittently advanced oppositely to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
