摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a highly efficient heat resistant material of intermetallic compound type excellent in creep characteristics. ;CONSTITUTION: An alloy composition is regulated so that this alloy has a composition which consists of, by atom, 7-11% Ti, 5-12% Si, 1-30% Co, and the balance essentially Ni or further contains either or both of ≤0.0050wt.% B and 0.5-3% of one or more elements among Ta, Nb, Cr, Fe, Al, Hf, and Zr and where Co content satisfies, by atomic %, 0.1≤Co/(Ni+Co)≤0.4 in the relation with Ni. By this method, the quasi-binary heat resistant alloy of intermetallic compound Ni3(Si,Ti)-Co3(Si,Ti) excellent in creep characteristics can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
