MANUFACTURING METHOD OF JOINT SHAPE OF RAILWAY RAIL REDUCING VIBRATION AND SOUND OF WHEEL AND INSTALLATION PLACE

PURPOSE: To reduce vibration and sounds of wheels by cutting a cutting shape of a joint of rails in the shape of a bevel, and having joint installation places alternately. ;CONSTITUTION: In the case a rail A is connected to a rail B, both cutting surfaces are cut on an-oblique diagonal line. The length on the oblique diagonal is approximate 60cm in 60kg rail and is approximately in 80kg rail. After that, a section of the rail A is cut in the shape of an oblique diagonal line at an angle from the front section A1 to the rear section A2, the rail B is cut at an angle of a cutting surface B2 in the same way, and both cutting surfaces are made to adhere to each other and are bolted to connect. Then, oblong bolt-holes are bored in the center section of 60cm in the 60kg rail and in positions at approximately 25cm on both sides of the center section as position intervals.
