PURPOSE: To conduct a bending test of a plate material such as a constructional panel or the like of large size continuously on the production line irrespective of the change of the length of the material. ;CONSTITUTION: An elevator means 4 is provided in a roller conveyor 3 to lift up a plate material 2 while supporting the lower surface of the plate material 2. A moving means 5 moves the elevator means 4 along the conveyor 3. A load means 6 is provided astride the conveyor 3 for adding a test, load to the upper surface of the plate material 2. While the plate material 2 carried on the conveyor 3 is raised and supported by the elevator means 4, the test, load is impressed to the upper surface of the plate material by the Load means 6 to conduct, a bending test.
