FRAME CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PRESTRESSED STEEL PIPE CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: To obviate the welding in a factory or in a field, improve the transportation efficiency by preventing a bracket or the like from being projected on the side of a column and reduce the man-hour of execution for placing concrete in the field. ;CONSTITUTION: The end plate 23 of a beam 19 is clamped from above and below by a pair of diaphragms 6, 7 at the upper end of a steel pipe column 1 and fastened through a steel rod 12 piercing through the steel pipe column 1 and the diaphragms 6, 7 to be fixed. Further, both upper and lower ends of the end plate 23 are engaged with grooves 10, 10 of the diaphragms 6, 7. Concrete 3 is force-fed and injected into the thus formed column 1 to be filled up therewith and synthesized with the concrete 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
