PURPOSE: To provide the method for measuring the activity of a synthetic enzyme for 2-5A (2',5'-oligoadenylic acid-5'-triphosphate), and to provide the 2-5A synthetic enzyme-measuring kid constituted for performing the method. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for measuring the activity of the 2-5A synthetic enzyme (2-5AS) comprises adsorbing and combining the 2-5A synthetic enzyme to and with an appliance having a polynucleotide affinity carrier as a solid phase, activating the enzyme, adding an ATP solution, incubating for the production of the 2-5A, and subsequently measuring the activity of the 2-5A synthetic enzyme by a known method (e.g. radioimmunoassay method or a non-radiation immunoassay method), and the kid for measuring the activity of the 2-5A synthetic enzyme for the method is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
