PURPOSE: To simplify operation by a method in which the structure of a top house is such as to freely open, close or move working field all or partly on smaller places. ;CONSTITUTION: A pin 8b is drawn out of an upper guide unit 8 to release the connection with a guide post 7 for operation, whereupon an expandible rod 10 is extended downwards from a motor cylinder 10 and the upper guide unit 8 raises to lift up the top house. At the time when the guide unit 8 rises, the pin 8b is inserted, and the pin 9b of the lower guide unit 9 is pulled out to release the connection. An expandible rod 10a is withdrawn and the lower guide unit 9 is raised. At the time when the guide unit 9 rises, the pin 9b is inserted.
