LIFT-UP SYSTEM OF TOP HOUSE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING

PURPOSE: To raise a top house safely and efficiently and simply without taking a place by a method in which the structure of the top house can be all or partly opened, closed, or moved freely. ;CONSTITUTION: A pin 8b is pulled out of an upper guide unit 8 to release the connection to guide posts 7 for operation, whereupon an expandible rod 10a is extended downwards from a motor cylinder 10, and the unit 8 is raised. The pin 9b of a lower guide unit 9 is pulled out to release the connection. An expandible rod 10a is withdrawn into the cylinder 10 and the unit 9 is raised. These actions are repeated necessary times to raise a climbing device D along the guide posts 7 in order to raise the top house C. Gear motors 13 on both sides of the building A are tuned by a central operation board 16 to operate four climbing devices D at good timing.
