PURPOSE: To provide a derailment recovery device for quickly, efficiently and safely recovering derailment, in the case that a maintenance vehicle for correcting a railway rail for its height, bending, etc., is derailed. ;CONSTITUTION: A derailment recovery device for a maintenance vehicle has a vehicle mover 2 arranged respectively in both side lower parts in front/rear parts of the maintenance vehicle 1. This vehicle mover 2 is provided with a jack means 3 vertically provided on the ground and a horizontally moving means 4 lifted by this jack means 3.
