PRODUCTION OF FINE BAMBOO POWDER AND SUPERFINE BAMBOO POWDER AND DEODORANT ANTIMICROBIAL AGENT

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the process for production of fine and superfine bamboo powders from epidermic parts having the antimicrobial property of bamboo materials and the deodorant antimicrobial agent formed by using the fine and superfine bamboo powders. ;CONSTITUTION: Green bamboos (phyllostachys) of various kinds, such as pubescens Mazel, bambusoides Sieb et Zucc, nigra Munro var. henonis stapf are cut and divided and are pulverized to a sawdust form by a pulverizing machine; thereafter, the bamboo powder is sieved by a sieve of about 30 meshes, by which the greater part of the rough part of the joints and internal tissues of the bamboos having the difficulty in pulverization to the fine powder are removed. Such powders are finely pulverized by a fine powder producing machine and are classified to the fine powders of necessary grain sizes, such as 40, 30, 20 and 10 microns; further, the powders are pulverized to the superfine powders of ≤10.5 microns by a superfine powder producing machine. The deodorant antimicrobial agent consisting of the fine powder and superfine powder of various kinds of the bamboo materials is produced in such a manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
