The present invention relates to a deodorant composition with an antibacterial function using pure charcoal powder or bamboo charcoal powder and a substance, made by mixing phytoncide (Japanese cypress, pine nuts, and pine needles) and porous substance (red clay, elvan, germanium, and sericite) powder and extracting and highly concentrating the mixture, a deodorant manufacturing method using the same, and a deodorant thereof. The present invention employs a new type of manufacturing method of extracting a highly concentrate extract by mixing phytoncide with porous substances (red clay, elvan, germanium, and sericite) and then mixing the highly concentrated extract with hard soap base powder and porous substances (red clay, elvan, germanium, sericite, and pure charcoal powder or bamboo charcoal powder (300 mesh/no less than 3000 mesh)). In particular, through a combination of porous substance (red clay, elvan, germanium, and sericite) of a photocatalytic substance having strong oxidizing power based on phytoncide, the composition is capable of having a deodorizing function converting odor into a harmless substance through oxidization as well as an air purification function for a refreshing feeling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
