PURPOSE: To enhance the working efficiency and save the labor by installing a sowing device equipped with seed-tape unwinding roller, soil-covering screw, or the like in the side end part of a self-traveling shoulder banking forming machine, so that both the banking formation of the shoulder of a road and the sowing work can be simultaneously carried out. ;CONSTITUTION: The earth discharged from a banking hopper 20 is scraped and leveled with a screw 38a, and a seed tape 31a fitted seeds is unwound from a roll 31 and rolled out and laid by a roller 34. Then, the seed tape 31a is covered with soil by means of a screw 36, and is tightened by a pressing roller 50 to form the shoulder of a road.
