PURPOSE: To improve operability and efficiency by loading a segment on a fork lift truck, moving an inner truck to shift a segment forward and moving forward the fork lift truck after stopping the movement of the inner truck to supply the segment forward. ;CONSTITUTION: After preparing the loading of a segment and loading the segment on a fork lift truck 4, the inner truck 2 is advanced by the guide of an outer truck 3 to move forward the segment. Next, after stopping the advance of the inner truck 2, the fork lift truck 4 is moved forward to supply the segment and move forward a shield machine 1. Then the fork lift truck 4 is moved backward to call in the outer truck 3. Further, the fork lift truck 4 is moved backward to stop the shield machine 1.
