PAVEMENT SUBGRADE MATERIAL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND FITTING THEREOF

PURPOSE: To reduce the construction cost and period by a dry construction method, and ensure installation of subgrade material for pavement exactly at a specified place. ;CONSTITUTION: Steel angles 7 are burried in parallel in a sand layer 6 which is for by sand foundation, and flat bars 8 are arranged at a right angle to the steel angles 7, and the bars 8 and angles 7 are combined. Fitting pins 9 are protrudingly installed with suitable spacings in a substrate frame A which pavement subgrade material B which are divided into an appropriate size are placed over the frame A and the pins 9 are fitted into fitting recesses which are provided on the reverse of the subgrade material B, installing the subgrade material B on the frame A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
