PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external facing material mounting implement which can be demounted from a plurality of external facing materials, mounted in a vertically continuous manner on an exterior wall of a building, in order from bottom up; to provide an external facing material final-mounting implement for use in the fixation of the external facing material positioned in a lowermost step; and to provide an external facing material mounting structure using the mounting implements. PSOLUTION: The external facing material mounting implement 10 comprises: a fixing portion 11 which is mounted on an exterior wall surface of a substrate; a horizontal portion 12 which is protrusively elongated forward from the fixing portion 11, which regulates the downward movement of the upside external facing material, and which regulates the upward movement of the downside external facing material; an upside locking portion 13 which is elongated upward from a leading end of the horizontal portion 12 and engaged with the upside external facing material so as to regulate the forward movement of the external facing material; and a downside locking portion 14 which is elongated downward from the leading end of the horizontal portion 12 and engaged with the downside external facing material so as to regulate the forward movement of the external facing material. In the fixing portion 11 of the external facing material mounting implement 10, a mounting hole 16, which enables the insertion of a fastener for mounting the external facing material on a substrate side, is provided on the downside of the horizontal portion 12.
