PURPOSE: To obtain powdery green laver for food additive raw material having excellent properties, its production and a method for producing green-containing food using the powdery green laver. ;CONSTITUTION: A green laver raw material dried by exposing to the sun is as necessary heat-dried and ground into powder having 30-60 mesh by a grinder and sealed and packaged to provide the objective powdery green laver for food additive raw materials. The powdery green laver is mixed into raw materials for various kind of foods, e.g. Chinese, Japanese cake, TOFU (soybean curd) and other foods in 5-15% ratio and the objective foods are produced according to a conventional production process of the foods.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
