PURPOSE: To restrain occurrence of a critical flowing state by forming a throttle device by inserting and placing both of an industrial ceramic made fluid flowing conduit constitutional unit and a control working element in a metallic casing and setting a cross section area in a pressure bursting section connected to it larger than that of a fluid flowing conduit on a captioned device for a solid powder carrier medium. ;CONSTITUTION: A first throttle device 1 is constituted of a metallic casing 7 and a control working element 2 of a fluid flowing conduit constitutional unit 8 inserted and placed in the casing 7 and made of industrial ceramics. A second throttle device 3 is also constituted of a casing 10, a fluid flowing conduit constitutional unit 11 and a control working element 4 in the same way. Thereafter, pressure bursting sections 5, 6 connected to upstream and downstream sides connected to these throttle devices l, 3 are constituted of metallic casings 12, 13 and industrial ceramic made nozzle type constitutional units 14, 15, a cross section area is set larger than a cross section area of a fluid conduit 9 and it is formed into a cross section area to be extended at parts of the throttle devices 1, 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
