PROCESSING METHOD FOR SECONDARY SIDE CHEMICAL RINSING SOLUTION OF STEAM GENERATOR

PURPOSE: To provide a processing method for secondary side chemical rinsing solution of a steam generator which is installed in an atomic power plant. ;CONSTITUTION: When a Cu waste solution chiefly containing Cu and ethylene diamine, and Fe waste solution chiefly containing Fe and nitrilo-triacetate generated at the time of secondary side chemical rinsing for a steam generator installed in an atomic power plant are to be processed, the Fe waste solution is subjected to crystallization and segregation of nitrilo-triacetate by sinking its pH, and Fe ions in the filtrated liquid are educed on a negative electrode by electrolysis, and also the residual nitrilo-triacetate is decomposed oxidatively at a positive electrode with O₂ gas. Naphthalene disulfate and Ba ions are added to the Cu waste solution to undergo crystallization and segregation of sludge consisting of the reaction products of Ba ions, naphthalene disulfate, ethylene diamine, and Cu, and the residual Cu ions in the filtrated liquid are educed on the negative electrode by means of electrolysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
