PURPOSE: To facilitate mounting by forming a metal plate inserted into a slot formed to a surface orthogonal to a main surface and bar-shaped body inserted into a circular hole communicating with the slot from one main surface and engaged with the metal plate. ;CONSTITUTION: A main hole 7 and a slot 8 are formed to a metal plate 5, and the holes 7, 8 communicate mutually and are formed in a keyhole shape. An engaging section 9 is formed near the front end of a bar-shaped body 6, and a discoid stopper 10 and a connecting section 11 having a rectangular cross section are constituted at the front end of the engaging section 9. The position of the mounting of the bar- shaped body 6 is determined to the main surface 2 of a light-weight body 6 is determined to the main surface 2 of light-weight aerated concrete panel 1, a slot 3 is formed in parallel with the main surface 2 from a surface orthogonal to the main surface 2, and a circular hole 4 communicated with the slot 3 is shaped from the main surface 2.
