PURPOSE: To provide the subject seeding method and system therefor designed to bring sown seeds to nearly equal height throughout the face of each raising seedling box by irrigating with a relevant mechanism on both sites before and after seeding on each raising seedling box through a sowing mechanism. ;CONSTITUTION: The conveying route for a raising seedling conveyor 3 is provided, along its moving direction, with a pre-seeding irrigation nozzle 6, seeder 7, post-seeding irrigation nozzle 8, and covering device 9. The water content of the bed soil in each raising seedling box 4 is raised by irrigation before seeding, while the irrigation after seeding can remedy seeding nonuniformity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
